Veranda house is a contemporary home with lots of interactive spaces to counter summer heat of Pokhara. Spacious veranda provides ample space to connect outdoors with the rooms, while semi shaded roof tackles reckless rainy season.

Pun House, Ram Bazar
After working overseas for more than a decade, Mr. Pun had a dream of building a home to retire. There is few more years he plans to toil before he lives in this house. Residential house to carter his future retirement need is what we have tried to incorporate in this plot of land.
He was keen on using stones as most of the houses in Pokhara does. Here we try to incorporate that in modern context.

1x4 Building, Nadipur
Many a times we imagine, who must be living in the house, looking at the face of the house. Facade is like a book cover which makes us curious as to what it must feel like to enter into.
This semi-commercial house at Nadipur accommodates 2BHK ground floor for rent while rest of 2 and a half storey of space (3BHK) for family of 2 generations.

The existing bedroom though adequately spacious was badly arranged and due to dark curtains and heavy wall colors looked dark and messy.
We took the responsibility to rearrange the space to make it look minimalistic and light.

A group of enthusiastic locals from Kusma approached us, through our engineering partner for this project (RACE consultancy). At a given short time of 45days, we finished all the design and all the municipal parts within the given time frame and the space is under construction.

Landing Zone, Hallan Chowk
Old restaurant at Hallan Chowk, Pokhara needed a face lift. This is our take to transform it from heavily decorated restaurant to soft welcoming restaurant. In this project we reused all the existing furnitures.

A unique client who wanted to use Pink as their brand color for bakery. We created a space with a mix of peachy pink and dark shade of brown. The store has multiple outlets at New road and Lakeside as well as one under construction at Manipal.

Minimal intervention to the existing brick wall, flooring and black metal ceilings was our starting point. Tranquil Tattoo as the name suggested wanted to look calm, comfy and composed studio. This is our take to create space that in not too messy as traditional tattoo houses tend to be but at the same time, speaks about its rich artistic presence in Lakeside.
